Mobile disassembly laboratory

The mobile disassembly laboratory offers an innovative solution for the disassembly and testing of e-scooters. In this mobile test bench, built in an old sea container, detailed analyses are carried out on the performance and operating parameters of e-scooters. Precise equipment is used to carry out accurate measurements of the e-scooters. These measurements are crucial to ensure that the scooters meet the required standards and are safe to use. After the test, the e-scooters are dismantled in order to carry out a detailed inspection. Depending on the condition of the scooter, the necessary reconditioning and repair measures are then initiated.

The aim is to repair the e-scooter in such a way that it is economically viable and logistically feasible and that wrecking is the very last option. Remanufacturing extends the service life of the e-scooters by allowing them to run through several life cycles. The e-scooters are thus transferred from a linear to a circular economy.
