Prof. Dr. Peter Fischer-Stabel

Prof. Dr. Peter Fischer-Stabel represents the Department of Geoinformatics and Visualization at the Environmental Campus of Trier University of Applied Sciences. Based on many years of experience in research and teaching, he combines innovative technologies with practical approaches to complex environmental issues. His work is interdisciplinary and combines geoinformatics, environmental sciences and digital technologies.

His work focuses on the analysis of spatial data, the development of sustainable environmental strategies and digital transformation in science and practice. He is internationally networked in both teaching and research and is involved in cross-border projects and collaborations with international partners.
