Here, the first rule is "Be patient!". If you do not perform any action on the respective device for about one minute (about two minutes for the printers), the copy card is automatically output again. You can also have it ejected again by pressing the arrow key or the "E" key.
If the card reader does not feed in the card properly, it will be ejected automatically after 30 seconds.
Damage to the copy card (e.g. a slightly bent card) may also prevent the card from being ejected. Therefore, please avoid using such a card.
The paper supply of the printing and copying devices is replenished regularly. Therefore, first make sure that the paper tray selection is set to automatic. The printer will then automatically select the correct tray. Also make sure that you have set the size in your program to either DIN-A4 or DIN-A3 (other formats and sizes are not supported).
