User ID

The personal information from the staff directory on the homepage of Trier University of Applied Sciences can be customised by each employee. This data is synchronised at night from the RIS, the university's identity management system.

1. Open RIS/Identity Management in your browser: https://ris.hochschule-trier.de
2. On the welcome page, select continue and then log in with your user name and password.
3. The personnel directory appears. On the right-hand side under your name (Logged in as: ...), open the Menü -> Eigene Daten followed by your occupation.
4. A page appears with all the data that will be synchronised to the personnel directory on the homepage. You can now customise this as you wish.
5. The changes are now automatically synchronised and visible on the homepage one day later at the latest.
