Humanitarian Open Street Map Team:
HOT (Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team) is an international team that supports humanitarian action through open mapping. Thousands of volunteers create map data both online and on the ground in the event of major disasters, enabling disaster relief workers to reach those in need. In addition, the global HOT community is mapping vulnerable areas with limited available data in OpenStreetMap as part of the Missing Maps project.
Integrated Refugee and Forcibly Displaced Livelihoods Information System:
UNHCR works to improve economic inclusion by advocating for refugees' right to work, helping them access financial services, and strengthening their livelihoods and self-reliance through market-based programs.
The Livelihoods Information System monitors the impact of UNHCR's livelihoods programs through a set of global indicators. The global indicators allow you to make cross-country comparisons for key population groups.
ReliefWeb is a humanitarian information service provided by the United Nations. It monitors and collects information from more than 4,000 key sources, including international and local humanitarian organizations, governments, research institutions and the media.
The editors classify, curate and provide the latest reports, maps and infographics from trusted sources to help humanitarian workers and decision-makers make informed decisions and plan effective responses.
The International Crisis Group (ICG) is a private, multinational organization dedicated to strengthening the international community's ability to identify, understand and prevent or contain conflict.
The ICG's approach is based on field research. Teams of political analysts working on the ground in conflict-prone countries gather information from a variety of sources, assess local conditions and produce regular analytical reports with practical recommendations.
