1. description and scope of data processing

In order to process your request, we collect, process and store the following of your data:

"company, title, first name, last name, email address, phone number".

After your request, we collect the data in the content management system of our website and export the data from the website to our local database for further processing.

The legal basis for the processing of data after a request to "contact us" by the user is, if consent has been given, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

3. purpose of data processing

We use your data to contact you.

4. right of information

You have the right to request information about the data stored about you or your pseudonym. The information can also be provided electronically upon request.

5. Duration of storage

The data will be deleted as soon as their storage is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected. In the case of the above-mentioned data, deletion takes place at the latest after your request has been processed (usually immediately after the event until the next event at the latest and for a maximum of 1 year).

 6. right of objection and elimination

You have the right to request the correction, deletion, transfer or blocking of personal data stored about you. If a deletion should be legally inadmissible, your data will only be blocked.

You have the right to object to the processing of personal data stored about you or to request the restriction of processing. To do so, send an e-mail from the stored e-mail address to m.vette-steinkamp[at]umwelt-campus.de.
